Over the past 25 years, an amazing number of new homeowners have been added to the Grand Lake community.
The number of restaurants and commercial shops has scarcely changed.There are hopes and dreams for the layout
of town to fan out from the Town Square. It would be great for customers to wander and to get a little lost
exploring the village, as one can do in Aspen and Jackson Hole. There has been much recent discussion
on making "the town that time forgot" attractive new development and investment. Nothing huge, just lots of
small yet important steps. When you visit our office, ask to see the artistic renderings to get the creative juices flowing.
The Town of Grand Lake already has three excellent commercial avenues already laid out and well situated:
The Beach Avenue, The Boardwalk Properties and 100 feet wide Park Avenue, along the town’s large paved parking area
where visitors arrive, literally, by the bus load, right in front of the Log Home featured here for $279,900.

Since the birth of Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake has been on the must do list for Road Trips!

Strolling along the boardwalk is fun and easy on the feet. The perenial attraction (beyond
eating, shopping and special events and theatre) is Grand Lake's beach (shown below).

Sailboat watching is always pleasant. Even better, get out on the water ... everything tastes better on the water.

Watch for hidden wildlife relaxing in private and public places.

Linger longer and enjoy a sunset as only Grand Lake can make one.
