***Sending an Owl***

Sending owls are the way we get hings done here at Hogwarts.
Studnents will send in homework, enrollments, orders, and so by e-mail.
There are a few rules you'll need to consider about sending owls, though. Here is the scoop on how each kind of owl should be addressed.

Sending in Homework:
    Homework is probably the most common use of your owl here at Hogwarts. When you send in your homework, we need to know who you are! So, you should have your name, house, year, and what class the homework is for. But of course, you have to address the assignment to our teacher. If you click the word "Assignment:" above the posted homework, you automatically have your teacher's address. Make sure you don't always send in your homework to one teacher though, for the Astronomy teacher isn't the same person as the Transfiguration! Make sure you have your heading information (you know, the name, year, house, etc.) wither in the Subject box, or at the beginning of the letter. Here's an example of how to write a heading:
Zez Ready; 7th year Ravenclaw; Transfiguration homework
By doing this correctly, your teachers will know who you are, and your homework will be graded more accurately (make sure you have the year, because we have a Hermione in each year)! REEMBER: if there is no name, it will automatically go into the fire, and you won't even know it was read!

Sending an Enrollment:
    Your enrollment is what you use to get into Hogwarts. Most enrollment questions can be answered here .

Sending in a Book :
    Few people write books, but they are a great way to earn money. You only allow the body of your letter to be the book. Therefore, the Heading will go in the subject. The heading requires  your name, house, year, book's subject, book title. An example of the Subject would be:
Zez Ready; Ravenclaw; 7th year; Transfiguration Class book; A Transformer's Guide
Most people might think all they'd need is the book's name and the author's name. All this extra stuff will help sort the book into the library, and figure out who wrote (otherwise you won't get your reward money).

Ordering from the School Store:
    To buy things, you'll need money. Once you have some coins, you can buy items from our school store. Ordering is easy. Just simply send in an order. But you may want to add some things to that order. Obviously, you'll have the supplies you wish to buy. You will also want to inlude your name, year, and current budget. It would be nice to include the total amount you'll spend. Here is a quick example of an order:
Zez Ready; 7th year;
Has 3 galleons, 12 sickles, and 19 knuts.
I would like to purchase a firebolt, and some broom polish to go with it. I'd also like a library card so I could check out books to read, and three chocolate frogs. My total would be 3 galleons, 3 sickles,and 12 knuts.
