1½ acre site overlooking Trail Creek Valley and Trail Mountain. Lush ground cover with lots of aspen.
Land is a rectangle rising from its road frontage on the bottom to a wide upper road in back.
Trees have been partially cleared to encourage new growth. $39,000 Trail Creek Estates II, Lot 80. #750 County Road 412
Land rises from County Road 412 to Road 414. Scroll down to see the land
from its frontage on Road 412. You could let either road be your main
entrance.
The land is a bit steep right by Road 414. If you design to come in by
the high road, you need not walk up steps from your driveway to your
home. Also your parked vehicles and toys would not interfere with your view which is
mainly to the southwest in line with the rectangle's orientation.

A hint of a road already goes up the land part of the way. With one and
half acres, young kids and pets have plenty of land to explore.
Those of driving age can loop around and also drive to the nearby
National Forest access (see video at bottom of this page). Scroll
down to look back.
