Meticulously crafted Log Home on over 4 acres overlooking Lake Granby. Most of the logs are from
the home's location. They have been skip-peeled by hand to show each log's individual texture.
This technique is used on fine log furniture. Door and window openings have solid vertical log posts
(mullions) that show from inside to outside. 2500 sq. ft., all on one convenient level with two side wings.
3 bedrooms plus office by the Great Room. Gorgeous kitchen and baths. Spacious deck. Landscaped
with huge rocks and your own meadow. Watch for elk! New garage included at $700,000

Directions to home: turn off Highway 34 onto paved country Road 64, just north of Betty's Café.
You'll immediately cross the Lake Granby pump canal that transfers water to Shadow Mountain Lake.
Continue on paved Road 64 for half a mile until you get to a little ranch at the corner of 64 and Road 647.
That's the right angle on the red path shown below. Follow the road across a meadow and up and around
a hill to where the great views and the home are. Please respect the privacy of property owners along the way.
