Scroll down for a wider view and details about this new local mapping resource. Notice the odd arrangement of platted
roads and ones that are actually in. What looks like a meadow to the southeast of the home sites is actually a very steep
hill (with terrific lake views from the top where there is a wide unbuilt road (one block from the intersection of Waldon
Street and Park Avenue (aka Woodpecker hill road). The density of the trees has changed, however, young trees exist where
the tall ones used to be. The photo shows well where conditions are favorable for trees to grow. Scroll down.
The rooftops along the west edge are Shadow Park West condominiums. If you click on one of the images on this page
you will get to see the view of the four home sites from these condominiums in late November.

We have colored the four home sites, the ponds and also the north end of Shadow Mountain Lake and its adjoining
private marinas for nearby homes and condominiums. Scroll down for a map built from Grand County's online plats.

We have highlighted features to make the map easier to read. Directly below is a much simpler map, albeit turned 90 degrees.
