The land is wider than the road indicates here because the new road is known to be set a bit further to the
left than it should be. It can easily be built up to the far right thereby giving you aan dditional parking strip
where the road is now. Scroll down to see elk in this new home site area near Lake Granby and County Road 4,
our main access road to vast National Forest Land for snowmobiling, ATV's and backcountry hiking.
