As one first enters Aspen Pine Estates, one drives by the lily pond and open space shown above.  Around the bend on the same
side of the road is the only home site for sale on this side of the road.  See site #13 on the map below.

Aspen Pine Estates! Wooded two acre parcels, ten minutes northwest of Grand Lake Village in an area frequented by wildlife.
Tucked away in a pocket of private lands between National Forest (for hiking with dogs, riding ATV's, side-by-sides, snowmobiling)
and Rocky Mountain National Park (where one may enjoy fishing and hiking, peace and quiet).  Ownership comes with a membership
granting access to private stocked Sun Valley Lake; keep enjoying that in future years ~ currently $350/year.
Scroll down for a  map below with prices. Home sites 6 & 13 are each $150,000.

After driving along Harbison Meadows in Rocky Mountain National Park, one crosses over the Colorado River
and drives by Sun Valley Lake (see photos at the bottom). Property owners in Aspen Pine Estates have access to the stocked lake.
