Winter Rates are as follows: one couple $80/night,
your choice of location & honeymoon bed. First come, first served.
You get the entire cabin to yourselves. Two bedrooms: $120/night.
Three bedrooms: $160/night. Four sleeping areas (plus the possibility
of bringing your own additional bedding): Lakehouse: $160/night.
SPECIAL BONUS: free pass for one to the HOT SULPHUR SPRINGS SPA!
Lakehouse users get priority since they are closer to this amenity.
Large groups will be most comfortable in the house overlooking Lake Granby.
It has a banquet size dining room that you can set for 10 plus a separate TV area.
River cabin has no TV. TV enthusiasts can make the short walk to local bars ...
We are NEW. We have space available for Christmas and Thanksgiving.

It has lots of room and distinctive spaces for your
friends to meet you during the day and evening.

from Lake Granby. There are no homes between you and the view.
You can quickly walk to the lake. Young children should be accompanied
by an adult. You can easily view your family members and guests from the
deck and many of the home's windows. A boat launch is right across the bay.

Each Setting draws its strength from its natural landscape in widening circles to the Continental Divide that almost surrounds Grand Lake. We hope that you and your family and friends enjoy the cabins as "base camps" to explore Rocky Mountain National Park, the Indian Peaks Wilderness Area, the Arapaho National Recreation Area and much more. Each cabin and each room has its special charm and enchantment. You'll wish to return to savor each environment and experience its change of seasons and lighting hour by hour. Discounts will be awarded to alumni. Ask about gift certificates for special occasions, 1st or 2nd honeymoons and retreats.
