The land for sale, Lot 12 of Aspen Acres is shaded in green. It is a square:
150' x 150'. The Colorado River is shown in blue by the corner. In the map
below, the Colorado River is shown as the squiggly boundary to Rocky
Mountain National Park to the east. The "Grand Lake Entrance" shown
on the map is where the Park's visitor center is located. Directly below
the map would be Columbine Lake. Grand Lake is to the southeast.
Trail Ridge Road is marked along with the secondary road to the home
site near the ponds shaded in purple. The east-west road by the land makes
a northward turn to cross a dike between the ponds. This bend in the road
gives you extra temporary parking for vehicles or a snowmobile trailer.

The maps shows the property marked near the corner of the lower pond.
Lower map shows well the trail heading into the National Forest and also
the long Kawuneeche Valley that is loved by wildlife.
