of 2010, an attractive wood finish was on many of the ceilings, but not yet in the Great Room.

Sheet rock was being delivered at the time this photo was taken. Scroll down for earlier images.
Stone work on the immense fireplace inside is just now being started.

This is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is set to the back. There will be a deck for dining outside directly ahead.
To the left is a glimpse into the main living room (its windows have temporary bracing). The tall fireplace structure will
be along the wall to the far left where it will greatly enhance the room without blocking the fine views. Scroll down, please.

This is from the open loft, looking down into the living room. There is temporary sheathing on the windows.
There will be a tremendous view of Grand Lake and the channel from here. The tall fireplace will be along
the wall to the left. On each side of this upper level, there are bedrooms. The one to the right will be the upper level's
master bedroom suite. There is an even larger master bedroom suite on the main floor to the left of the living room.
On the upper level, to the left, there will be two bedrooms. Further back there is a large studio like room that is over
the home's double garage. It has its own stairway, so that it can be separated from the rest of the home and dedicated
to a variety of uses (home business, relatives, servants, children, pets ...). One could have five bedrooms on this level.
It has its own dedicated laundry area and linen closet. Scroll down for a preview.

This is the large "studio" or double bedroom over the home's garage. Doorways will allow you to make it as
private as you need or to open it up to the rest of the home and loft directly ahead. Scroll down for two more
views of this room and much more. From up here one can also see a bit of Shadow Mountain Lake.

Scroll down to see the two bedroom areas with big lake views.

Scroll down to see the part of the master bedroom on the main level. Any of these rooms could also be a place to do work that is inspired.

Scroll down to see the home's large den and game room area on the home's walkout level.

Further to the right of this large open room is a large wet bar area. Scroll down to see more to the left.
Further to the left is a large media room set away from the bright windows. Click on photo to see architectural renderings
of the finished home. Soon the upper rafters will be in place and we will show you the raw home from Point Park and
the footbridge. It will take some time still for its exterior to be completed and the landscaping to be done. There is
ample parking along the sides of the home (3 spaces) and in back (4 spaces) plus the double garage. This means that
the view and setting in front of the home will not be cluttered with vehicles.
