On each side of this upper level, there are bedrooms. The one to the right will is the upper level's
master bedroom suite. There is an even larger master bedroom suite on the main floor to the left
of the living room. On the upper level, to the left, there are two bedrooms. Further back there is a
large studio like room that is over the home's double garage. It has its own stairway, so that it can be
separated from the rest of the home and dedicated to a variety of uses (home business, relatives, servants,
children, pets ...). One could have five bedrooms on this level. It has its own dedicated laundry area and
linen closet. Doorways will allow you to make it as private as you need or to open it up to the rest of the home.
From the upper level's south side, one can see a bit of Shadow Mountain Lake.

There is ample parking along the sides of the home (3 spaces) and in back (4 spaces) plus the double garage.
This means that the view and setting in front of the home will not be cluttered with vehicles.
