starts at the edge of the property (shown above) and then extends for a mile
to the south. Together with its Golf Course property, the district owns 380
acres west of Grand Lake. About 300 of these acres were deeded through the
Bureau of Land Management (BLM). In the map shown below, you can see
where the district borders the Columbine Lake community. (The 380 acres
number probably needs to be revised upward a fair amount .... research need).
